Hello people out there !!! Its
raining out and your tongue would luv to relish some yummy dishes isn't it ?
Then check some yummy and quick dishes which I learnt from my Mother.
All the recipes and ingredients are
mostly commonly used and available in kitchen and even if you wanna buy them go
ahead and Enjoy !!
Most of us prepare idly at home and
there are many dishes you can prepare out of it.
Let me make you easier to understand
and much simpler to prepare this yummy dishes.
Dish 1 : Idly Finger Chips
Ingredients :
- Idly Barter
- Oil - Any Edible oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilly Powder
- Chat Powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Bisi Bele Bath Powder
- Vangi Bath Powder
- Palya Powder
- Any Tasting Powder
- Cooking or Soft Tissue Paper
Methods to Prepare
:
- Bake Idly in any idly or cooker
vessel
- Idly can be baked either soft or
hard
- Allow it to cool
- Cut them long after cooling
- Pour Oil in a Cooking Pan and allow it to heat
up
- You can also put 6 - 8 spoons of
oil and fry it till its brown if not deep fry
- Now deep fry the cut idly in the
heated oil. Make sure its brown
- Cook in a low flame
- Place the fried idly finger chips
on Cooking or Soft Tissue Paper
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and chilly
powder and mix all
- You can use either one of the
powder or all the powder mentioned in ingredients a pinch
Your Idly Finger Chips is ready to serve and relish hot.
You can serve
this any chutney or sauce
